Delivery Manager - Core Technology Platform
Job Description
About Keyrock
Since our beginnings in 2017, we've grown to be a leading change-maker in the digital asset space, renowned for our partnerships and innovation.
Today, we partner with over 250 team members around the world. Our diverse team hails from 42 nationalities, with backgrounds ranging from self-taught DeFi natives to PhDs. Predominantly remote, we have hubs in London, Brussels, and Singapore, and host regular online and offline hangouts to keep the crew tight.
We are trading on more than 80 trading venues, and working with a wide array of asset issuers. As a well-established market maker, our distinctive expertise led us to expand rapidly. Today, our services span market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks.
But we’re more than a service provider. We’re an initiator. We're pioneers in adopting the Rust Development language for our algorithmic trading, and champions of its use in the industry. We support the growth of Web3 startups through our Accelerator Program. We upgrade ecosystems by injecting liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols. And we push the industry's progress with our research and governance initiatives.
At Keyrock, we're not just envisioning the future of digital assets. We're actively building it.
Mission statement
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to orchestrate the delivery of our foundational technology services. You will act as the strategic bridge between our centralized Infrastructure and Data divisions and the client-facing teams they support.
Working closely with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering, you will navigate the interplay between platform product roadmaps and the requirements of external-facing divisions. You will drive a culture of excellence—using DORA metrics and robust incident management—to ensure our foundational services are scalable, compliant, and highly reliable. Your leadership will transform complex dependencies into actionable plans that balance long-term platform stability with immediate business needs.
For this role, you will need to be based and work along CET timezone hours (or maximum +/- 2 hours deviation).
Outcomes
Optimize Platform Delivery: Drive the delivery lifecycle for Infrastructure and Data squads, using DORA metrics to provide data-backed insights into speed and quality.
Sync Cross-Divisional Priorities: Align centralized platform roadmaps with the requirements of client-facing divisions, successfully managing competing priorities and dependencies.
Own Service Levels & Incidents: Maintain high service levels (SLAs/SLOs) for foundational products. Lead incident response and post-mortems to ensure rapid resolution and continuous reliability improvements.
Streamline Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all deployment practices meet regulatory standards with rigorous documentation and auditability.
Lead Quality Assurance: Line manage QA engineers and own the QA automation roadmap for foundational services, driving improvements in automated regression and integrated testing.
Essentials
Engineering Leadership: Proven track record in an engineering-led organization applying modern Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Platform Delivery Expertise: Specific experience managing the delivery of foundational technology services (Infrastructure, Data, or Platform Engineering).
Technical Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Operational Discipline: Deep understanding of incident management and maintaining service levels for internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder Navigation: Exceptional ability to drive consensus across teams with differing objectives and "internal product" priorities.
QA Management: Experience leading QA professionals and driving strategic automation roadmaps within a foundational tech context.
Communication: Exceptional critical thinking and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Beneficial experience
Business Computing: A degree or background in Business Computing, providing the ability to translate technical infrastructure into business value.
Industry Context: Experience in high-performance, regulated sectors like Finance, Fintech, or Crypto.
Certifications: Agile, Lean, ITIL, PMP, or Prince2.
