By accessing or using RustyBoard ("the Service"), operated at rustyboard.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
RustyBoard is a job board dedicated to the Rust programming community. We aggregate job listings from publicly available sources and allow employers to submit links to their job postings. We provide a platform for job seekers to discover Rust-related employment opportunities.
3. Job Listings
3.1 Accuracy of Information
Job listings on RustyBoard are sourced from publicly available career pages, applicant tracking systems, and employer submissions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all job information is current, complete, or accurate. Always verify job details with the employer before applying.
3.2 No Employment Relationship
RustyBoard is not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. We do not participate in hiring decisions. Any employment relationship is solely between you and the employer.
3.3 External Links
Job listings link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.
4. Employer Submissions
4.1 Free Submissions
Employers may submit job posting URLs for free indexing on RustyBoard. Submissions are reviewed manually and may be rejected if they do not meet our quality standards or are not relevant to the Rust programming community.
4.2 Paid Promotions
Paid promotion options (such as "Pin & Highlight") are subject to availability and our discretion. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@rustyboard.com.
4.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any job listing at our discretion, including but not limited to listings that are expired, fraudulent, discriminatory, or not relevant to the Rust community.
5. User Conduct
When using RustyBoard, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job postings
- Scrape or harvest data from the Service for commercial purposes
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
The RustyBoard name, logo, and website design are the property of RustyBoard. Job listing content is owned by the respective employers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUSTYBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
